About
We are developing an AI-driven platform designed to automate end-to-end sales and business operations, from customer enquiries and quotations to reservations, orders, and invoicing. The solution combines customer-facing and internal applications with AI agents capable of executing business workflows through secure APIs, supported by human oversight, approval mechanisms, and centralized agent governance.
Challenge, approach, and impact
1. Fragmented Sales and Operational Processes
Managing customer enquiries, quotations, reservations, orders, and invoicing across disconnected workflows created operational inefficiencies, limited visibility, and increased the risk of errors. The challenge was to centralize the entire sales lifecycle within a single platform.
2. Limited Automation of Business Workflows
Repetitive sales and operational tasks required significant manual effort. The goal was to enable AI assistants to support and execute selected business processes autonomously while maintaining human oversight, controlled permissions, and approval mechanisms for sensitive actions.
3. Complex Availability and Reservation Management
Managing inventory availability, overlapping reservations, waiting lists, and multi-period campaigns required reliable business rules and real-time data consistency. Preventing double bookings and coordinating sales activities across multiple users were critical requirements.
4. Lack of Integrated Customer Self-Service
Customers needed a convenient way to discover available advertising inventory, submit enquiries, and complete orders online. The challenge was to connect a public-facing application with internal sales workflows while protecting sensitive business and customer data.
